The Nice Opera House is a municipal opera house located in Vieux-Nice (the old town of Nice). The stage house had undergone a number of adaptations over several years, but the functionality and safety of the personnel involved were no longer fully guaranteed.
The city of Nice commissioned Créafactory as the project manager to completely refurbish the stage house, integrating stage lifting equipment in line with the specific practices of an opera house, in several phases of work spread over five years.
Créafactory made it possible to purge the technical grid, install fixed motorized lifting equipment, and control this equipment via a complex digital control system.
A tool redesigned to serve the shows and productions staged at the Opera house while respecting the work of the technical team, the orchestra, and all those in contact with this magnificent stage.
