Construction of a multi-purpose hall.
The aim of the construction works project is to build a new, functional hall with a greater capacity that can be adapted to the events that will take place there (currently, the hall operates 200 days a year). The « New Alcazar » is set to become a major venue for economic and cultural events, and to host a multi-disciplinary program requiring functional and comfortable equipment.
As a result, this equipment must be designed to be adaptable to all possible configurations.
The level of comfort must be of a high standard to welcome users, whether they come to take part in an exhibition, a fair, a congress, or a show.
The different spaces for activities, meetings, and exhibitions covered by the construction works project must be designed to serve the events scheduled and must be able to accommodate a wide range of configurations within tight deadlines.
To do so, the scenographical and technical equipment must serve the workability and must be time-saving while respecting the safety of the operating staff.
The desire to offer equipment adapted to the economic and events practices, and to the shows (theater, concerts, dance… ) is a prerequisite for calibrating the hall’s morphology. By doing so, we had to ensure seating comfort, visual comfort, and auditory comfort in line with the different uses of the venue.
