The « CIAP » (the Mayenne Department Architecture and Heritage Interpretation Center) was one of the first « CIAPs » to integrate innovative multimedia elements and manage them through automation.
Twenty years later, management issues, upgrades, and the obsolescence of certain equipment have required a technical study to redefine equipment control and automation, while recommending new media, supports, and other contemporary devices.
