Construction of a multiplex cinema on the Tuilerie site: 3 movie theaters (212, 120 and 70 seats) + 1 “conference” room adapted to be converted into a 4th theater if required.
A walk-through lobby with 1 ticketing/confectionery area + 1 waiting area/Ciné café.
Each room creates an interstitial space: the large, transparent, through-going central hall ensures impeccable fluidity of circulation and views.
The cinema entrance is clear and distinct.
The project and the site reveal each other through an uncluttered language, integrating the immediate and distant landscape into the project.
